- Are there any costs to my tour other than the 15% booking fee deducted form the client's fee that is taken at the time of initial booking?
No, the only fee that you will see is the 15% deducted for the initial booking and the client will pay the remaining 85% on arrival and if a reservation does not show a penalty tour payment can be put into play for you inconvenience
- Will I be alerted when a client makes a reservation?
Yes, you will be sent a email almost instantly once a reservation has been made and this will inform you to go to your hosteltimes.com inbox, where you will have all relevant information on the reservation maker including name, how many guests, date of booking also credit card details and country of origin and balance due on arrival.
- We do not have a credit card facility. Will this be a problem?
This will only be a problem for when a guest does not show as you will not be able to charge the card for a no show reservation fee, but for the guests who do show for your tours, this will not be a problem as they can pay all balances by cash on arrival.
- We have a tour near a certain city e.g. London but our area is Chelsea near London and we advertise our tour as London and then is this a problem?
This is not a problem as long as the closest city is in the tour choice and the relevant tour and your city is not listed
- Can I have access to our microsite so that I update tour information and relevant booking information?
Yes, you can update all this information through your hosteltimes.com inbox.
