We are running 2 diffrent categories: The main villa is 550mq2. It has 5bedrooms, 4bathrooms,1studio, 2kitchens an internal patio,a huge living room and a dining room. The villa overlooks the breathtaking city of Rome, filled with rich garden and swimming pool (6x12) illuminated at night. The villa has independent entrance(privacy and respect) alarm system, DVD,stereo, private garden and safe. On the guest resquests maid service, meal, wine, laundry service and baby sitting service are available on extra charge. The villa's decorations are a mixture of different tastes. The wing(guest rooms):4 rooms(dubble) have the following: independent entrance, A/C,individual bathroom, safe, Private garden. I can't not give you more details. They have lighting, AC, heating, private entrance, personal bathroom and high quality materials (linen, building materials and decorations). The rooms are decorated beautifully with ornaments belonging to different continents.
From the centre of Rome, you can reach the villa very easily. Passing Corso Francia all the way through Via Flaminia after passing Saxa Rubra (Train Station) you enter G.R.A (Grande Raccordo Annulare- Ring Road) and from there you take off to Cassia Bis towards Viterbo. Until a certain point you will see signs indicating towards Formello. Follow the directions until you ariive at the "piazza". Then turn left at Bar Lai, until you reach a hilltop with the restaurant mozzone and immediatly down the road and turning left you see the villa. If you have any trouble getting there, it would be no trouble for us to pick you up in Formello. Approximate time of travel: 30 min. If you arrive from the airport you head off directly onto the G.R.A and take off on the Cassia Bis. Look above on how to reach the villa from there. Approximate time of travel: 45 min.
