Lighthouse Lodge has spacious, clean dorms, twins and doubles.
The beds are made up with cosy duvets and have lockable storage underneath.
The lodge has a self-catering kitchen and outdoor barbeque areas for
cooking. There is a comfortable TV lounge and sunny porch with tables and
chairs. Bathrooms for men and women. Laundry service, free luggage
storage, internet, fax and public phone. Lots of parking space for cars,
campervans and busses with neighbourhood watch at night. Large grassy
campsite with shade trees.
Situated in the budding OUDE MOLEN ECO VILLAGE with lovely views of the
eastern side of Table Mountain, Lions Head and the City and bordering the
confluence of Black and Liesbeeck rivers, the lodge has easy access to:-
wetlands and bird sanctuary, horse riding, art and craft workshops,
permaculture garden projects, organic farmstall, swimming pool, animal
touch farm and pub.

From Airport take N2 highway towards Cape Town City. Take exit 10B -
Pinelands/Raapenberg Road.
Keep left towards Oude Molen Eco Village. Turn left at Oude Molen Eco
village sign (opposite the Pinelands Railway Station) Left on the internal
ring road going round right past the Oude Molen Farmstall, yellow house and
pool to the lilac building with the sign "Lighthouse Farm Lodge".
From Cape Town City, take N2 highway towards Airport. Take exit 10 -
Pinelands/Raapenberg Road and proceed as above.
By Train - catch the train on the Cape Flats line to Pinelands station,
walk across the foot bridge and road towards Table Mountain into the
village. Walk through past the shop to the pool and turn right towards the
lilac building "Lighthouse Lodge" (2 minutes walk)
2 mins Walk from Pinelands train station, 7 mins from Airport, 10 mins from
City, 15 mins from Beaches. All by Train, Car or Shuttle
