The Pink House oasis is your home away from home. Come & live with us in
our large Victorian manor house with leafy private courtyard gardens. You
will immediately feel welcome. Chat to other backpackers over free
breakfast or chill out in one of the courtyards and make friends that will last

Large comfy common areas include sunny courtyards, a cosy TV room and
fully equipped kitchen & laundry. Our light and airy dormitories have bright
sturdy bunks, cool fans, hand basins as well as a locker for each guest. Our
double rooms have a comfy bed, TV, fan & hand basin. Hot showers are
provided in our ultra clean, single sex bathrooms.
We are located in a quiet side street in Kings Cross so it’s only a 2 minute
walk to the pubs, clubs & shops. Got 30 minutes to spare? That’s all you
need to walk to the centre of the city, Opera House, Darling Harbour or pack
your sunscreen & you can be lying on the world famous Bondi Beach!

By train:
Catch the train from Platform 24 at Central Station to Kings Cross. Take the
Darlinghurst Road exit. Turn left and walk along until you see a water
fountain near the traffic lights. Behind the water fountain is the police station.
Behind the police station is the Pink House.
From the airport:
When you land at Sydney Airport, simply call Sydney Shuttle Bus Service on
9661 1170 (50c from the public phone) and they will pick you up and bring you
straight to the Pink House. Cost is $14 per person The last shuttle bus leaves
from the airport at 7:00pm.
To the airport:
Shuttle buses leave from the Pink House to the airport every 30 minutes from
5:10am
