Hotel Louvre Richelieu is the most efficient spot in the city to discover Paris. Metro station are Palais Royal or Pyramides. From the airport Charles de Gaulle, take the train line B until Chatelet-les- Halles and then metro line 14 until Pyramides. From there walk 5 minutes to the hotel.
